Ex-husband killed his wife in C’nawabganj

Ex-husband chopped a woman to death at Choitanayapur village in Shibganj upazila on Friday night.

The deceased was identified as Farzana Akhter, daughter of Nur Islam of the village.

Officer-in-charge of Shibganj Police Station Sarwar Hossain said Sumon locked into an altercation with his ex-wife Farzana when he went to her house around 10:30pm on Friday to meet his two-year old son.
